This place takes spa shopping to a whole new level! Chuck and his team are very helpful & friendly. You can walk around and see how well made they are made. Definitely made in the USA & right in the heart of Kansas. Chuck wants & makes sure everything he makes is 100% done right. No short cuts anywhere! The service after the sale is outstanding!!! Chuck and his crew set the bar incredibly high! I can’t think of a better company to do business with. If I have a question on how to do something, Chuck will immediately offer to FaceTime with me or drive the 20 miles to my house. They are simply the best in business from their customer service to their product. If you’re looking for a hot tub, call Chuck!
Very bad experience with our brand new hot tub from here. Been through 6 heating elements and various supporting components, but still no resolution. Have had no use of our hot tub since purchase. Nine months later they will not consider this a lemon and refund our purchase. Buyer beware
