They need a phone for the store " customer service " also a website! There is no way of knowing what the store has at all , I drove all the way from Venice Beach to El Segundo for nothing if they had a phone I could have called 1st also no Website so can't look online either !
Don't buy the labubus, they're fake. They are scamming people big time. Advidersting in front of the store and everything. got scammed for 90$. The real ones on popmart are 30$. Scalpers will charge 60$. But this place is beyond that. They are selling fake lababu for 90$ and over 100$. Beware that this place is a scam. 100%. Shame on the employees for treating this like it's authentic. But when I got home I realized i got scammed
