Scheduled a carpet cleaning for 3pm on a Friday, it was the latest available appointment. I had to take 3 hrs PTO to meet at that time. At 1:22pm, they texted and said they'd be there in 40 minutes. I busted my tail to finish up and asked to leave even earlier, and take additional PTO in order to meet them on time. Two o'clock came and no one showed.
