I had an injury on my shoulder, very painful recovery. Audra and Joe was amazing in helping me to exercise it so I wouldn’t have a frozen shoulder. I’m also a bartender and developed a tennis elbow, after few fascia treatments from Audra she totally cured it. Both are very knowledgeable about everything and anything has to do with body. Clean and friendly gym, highly recommended!
The stretching and fitness training with both Audra and Joseph has helped me so much! The facility is awesome and well maintained! Thank You aahfitness! I highly recommend it!
A few years ago I was really bothered by pain in my shoulders that would not go away despite repeated massage and chiropractic. Eventually I was on a ski trip where I could barely sleep or ski and stumbled into a sports therapist who just so happened to be a certified level 3 fascial stretch specialist.
