The host was unprofessional and dismissive. I was told the wait time would be approximately 10 minutes; however, after waiting 20 minutes, I went to the counter and I didn’t even have to say anything. The host then instructed the cook to prepare my order. The restaurant was not busy at the time, and I was not provided with any utensils on a to go order.
