These people lie their asses off. Waited for a ride for over an hour. Called them and they said 15 minutes, and still waited another 45 minutes. Will not ever use them again.

Had to have several rides to various doctor appointments no last week or so. They have been on time they have been good and very polite and courteous excellent service thank you.

NIGHTMARE CABULANCE- pickup for my husband was scheduled for 3pm at Swedish First Hill Campus. The driver finally arrived at around 5:30pm. The nurses called them 3 times to ask what was going on. Zero communication from the company to Swedish to let them know he would be late for the pickup. The driver had some steps here at the house, easy if you turn the wheel chair around and tilt it back, then the person in front lifts up the frame when the driver pulls the chair up. Missed two appointments. One arrived at the time of the appointment. Overbooked. The driver even said overbooked. The other got the day of the appointment entirely wrong. When scheduled for a round trip they didn't show and had to wait 2+ hours to be picked up for the return trip. The caregiver has also said drivers are reckless drivers. This post will not be a surprise to them as has informed them will not be using them again.

Worst drivers ever had one just now pull right out in front of me. Then after he pulled out in front of me he made a left-hand turn with no turn signals know nothing I wouldn’t let my dog ride with them.
