YOU SHOULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I will be honest I read all the bad reviews before going here BUT I still went shame on me because i think this is the worst repair shop i been to in Illinois and Indiana.This place is SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I had a very disappointing experience at AAG in Homewood. I was told to bring my car in at 11:00 AM, so I arrived early at 10:45. When I got there, the employee seemed unaware of my appointment time and told me the service would take about 1–2 hours. However, after I dropped off my car, I was later told it wouldn’t be ready until around 3:00–3:30 PM. That’s a huge difference in expectations and completely inconvenient. I wish I can give this place zero stars , I purchased a Groupon for $137.00 to receive a car detail inside/out I called and was told to bring the car in at 11am at the Homewood location . I arrived at 10:30 am to give myself time and ask more questions about my services I was getting . The shop gives the best prices and advice for your vehicle. If you are unable to fully afford the price of repair they will work with you and schedule other repairs later, getting you back on the road. This shop has worked on multiple cars within my family. I would definitely recommend this shop.
