BAD EXPERIENCE. I really wished I’d read the reviews before coming here. They lore ppl in with Groupon deals but when you get there they don’t honor the deals!!! Went in for an oil change && waited a Hour!!! got my car back and my car had more problems!! My wheel was unaligned and not it feels like my wheel is loose and a knocking noise! It took them 3 days to change ONE tire ...nothing else needs to be said but I'll say a bit more. DO NOT go to this preschool auto shop they literally do whatever they want on THEIR time. Business needs to be shutdown
Bought a Groupon for an exterior wax package. Made an appointment but when I arrived was told price it only included labor. Materials would be another $50-$100. When I questioned why wasn't that disclosed when I bought or made they appointment. Was told we tell people after they arrive. Then was told guy who does it called off. It seems like a bait and switch scam. Be careful! I don't recommend. Plus the exterior wax is a spray(not hand or machine wax) outdoors in the sun.
WORST SHOP EVER!!!!!!! please do not waste your time or money with these people they will literally play in your face they don’t complete the service you ask for they do half the job on purpose so when the problem reoccurs they expect you to come back and spend more money, I just recently come to them for a big job but instead of them telling me “no we don’t provide this service” they gave me the run around and played me for my money kept my car for 3 weeks and didn’t fix anything kept wanting to charge me $300 for what??
I don’t like to give 1 star reviews but they advertised a Groupon and when I got there they asked for $100 more to service my car. When I called up before driving 60 min, they said there is no additional charge but started demanding more money upon arrival. Do not buy any Groupons as they are not transparent in the Groupon or in advance when you call them.
