I got a groupon as a birthday gift to get my car detailed. When I pulled up, Frank said to come the next day at 10am. He said the groupon was food but that it would be $20 more to use a solvent to clean my seats and to Armourall the dash. He said the groupon covered vacuuming, and a cleaning of the interior. I don't know how this business is still open and that Groupon continue to do business with them, so many red flags to let you know they are scammers, I purchased a 2 wheel alignment from Groupon, the regular price was 80 dollars, Groupon had a special for 64 dollars. I brought my 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan here for an oil change on 08/23/2025 around 1pm. Within less than five miles of leaving, the car stalled while idling and would not restart. The dash lights come on, but the engine will not even attempt to turn over. This issue started immediately after the service, and the vehicle had no such problem before. I am now having the car inspected by another mechanic to determine what went wrong. One full written report is obtained I will be Pursuing restitution. I am very disappointed and hu... read more
