I drove two hours to get service done, only to be met with pure unprofessionalism and outright scamming. They refused to honor the coupons they advertise, and instead of making it right, the manager had the audacity to take up for his employees—even when they were clearly in the wrong. I’m giving 1 stars because is not -10 available on February 17 I went because I bought a Groupon coupon and I was far away from the area when I got there 1st thing I saw was all the parking area full of snow slippery and when finally someone showed up at little office the guy was with attitude once I mentioned I had a Groupon voucher to use he already was giving a hard time to another customer that was there for Groupon voucher, then he told me really rude oh we DON’T honor Groupon and I was like w.t.
