I’m really surprised at all the negative review this clinic had, I personally had nothing but positive experience here. Yes they are busy, but all the staff I dealt with, Dr Maqsood, Amna, and Maryam are awesome. Dr Maqsood is so knowledgeable and considerate, both Amna and Maryam provided amazing patient experience, they were able to quickly respond to my questions on prescription refills and appointment bookings. Boycott Thaer Elrefai – he isn’t competent enough to be called a human being, let alone a doctor. He currently works at One Health Oakville and Aafiyat Medical Center Mississauga. The first time my wife and 8-month-old saw him, He barely checked my wife and baby and prescribed generic medication that worsened my baby’s allergies. At the follow-up, when we raised concerns, we had to wait for over an hour despite having a booked appointment. receptionist service is very low nobody picking the call. I’m trying to booked appointment since one week, but nobody answer me.
Last time I went a few weeks ago they said that the doctor is leaving and they cannot take any more walking appointments and today I call and they said no walk-ins at all anymore and that has been like this all year so something is not adding up. Someone is lying.
Stay away from this clinic , very commercial , they just know how to get money from goverment taking appointments is a nightmare , no respect for patients , lack of knowledge in doctors .
