It's broken again. I think it's operational less than half the time. It is great when it works.
Not sure how this Car Wash is still considered operational. Out of the four vacuums, one turns on, but the wand is snapped. The automatic wash does not clean nor dry your car. Half the features on the self wash stations don't work. The brushes probably haven't been replaced since this wash station opened. This could've been a great recreational spot for Service Members to gather and enjoy doing what they love, eliminating some work stressors.
Used the self wash but the spot rinse is empty. So I used the auto wash but at the basic price the dryer doesn’t operate! So I had to purchase a third wash… Fortunately that worked! Bonus star for being touch less! However the rails are pretty narrow and even for my small car I left with my rear right wheel curb rashed! So minus one star. The drier also left all the sides still wet so minus another star.
The car wash is poorly maintained, with a major issue like a broken power washer gun in Bay 1. I lost $5, and got soaked in the process.
Most of the time this car wash has multiple things that are out of order. More importantly there is white middle age women who helps maintain the property that is very rude, unprofessional and entitled. The military deserves better than this. I don’t like any person approaching my vehicle especially with my child inside with the intention to provoke confrontation because I’m throwing away trash. She’s done this twice.
