Paul the owner was great initially. He told us that he was confident on working with the insurance company and that it normally takes 3-6 months to get it sorted. He had done some jobs in my neighborhood and knocked on my door to try and give me the same service, and mentioned that he had a great track record of dealing with the insurance companies. He has now not responded to my text or calls on the update status of our roof infant he blocked my number. I would not recommend this service at all

They never show up on the schedule date to do the work and I have paid them part of the money for doing my roof. No one pick up the phone when called and never return any call or text message .

Extremely satisfied with the service provided by AAE ROOFING company. Paul and his crew were professional, and did the job in the time frame stated. They dealt directly with the insurance carrier, kept me updated on the progress. They were very responsive to all my questions, and went the extra mile to take care of some additional items that needed to be fixed. If you need professional and dedicated work done AAE Roofing is what I highly recommend. Paul is so down to earth and explains everything in details writing. If you have insurance that's where he helps to make sure you get approved and saves you money.
