Alan is fantastic. He is really helpful. He will come out for even the smallest of jobs which unfortunately we can't manage any more. I can't recommend him enough
Although Alan didn't do any work at our property he was kind enough to return my call and talk me through a workaround to get my heating working by manually opening a mechanical valve in the airing cupboard. Obviously there was no charge for this but it saved me until I was able to find an available plumber. Thanks Alan!
