Reporting broken machines online does nothing. Calling them does nothing until you get management to throw a fit about the machines being down for months. Then the company LIES and says no reports have been made for broken machines and stolen money.
Ripoff company! The machines are not maintained and will take your money without the machine working. The machines will either not fill up with any water or will not drain properly leaving you to have to wring out the clothes requiring more time in the dryer. I'm sure the apartment complexes that use Aadvantage love this because they're making money too. I have called them multiple times and have never received a call back because they don't care about people, just money!
Absolutely awful customer service. Tried to charge more than was quoted even when shown proof of original quote. RUN
