I enjoyed the presentation they had. It was very informative and educational on laundry systems. Mr. Lamb was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in regard to alternative power sources and LEED sustainability.
Ritchie's presentation was informative. It helped demystify the topic of commercial washing systems. We don't do a lot of laundries in our work, but it comes up from time to time. Great to have them as a resource.

Awesome if you love getting your clothes washed then not being able to dry them because their ridiculous dryers are “offline.” It is hard to imagine anything more stupid and frivolous than a clothes dryer that requires an internet connection.
Reporting broken machines online does nothing. Calling them does nothing until you get management to throw a fit about the machines being down for months. Then the company LIES and says no reports have been made for broken machines and stolen money.
