Both Sydney and Melbourne office where hostile, aggressive and standover. They cannot do high quality repairs as brown slip inspectors failed their repair. The Engineer also failed their repair. Not to truck manufacturers standard required for repair, failed again. The faulty repair cost thousands of dollars which they will not reimburse.
