I first started going to AADAC in late 2018. I was a mess drinking wise at that time. Dr. Singh was my psychiatrist. I also had a addictions counsellor named Tanya, she's no longer there. I worked with her for a few years. With her help, I was able to stay sober for 945 days. Yay!!! Dr. Singh put me on Naltrexone which really helped me stay sober.
