Subject: Poor Service Experience – Epping Branch I contacted the Epping branch to arrange a quote for a ducted air conditioning unit. I was advised to send an email with room sizes and ceiling heights, which I promptly did after taking the time to measure the entire house. It has now been three weeks, with three follow-up phone calls and several emails later, and I have yet to receive any response. I feel I have been completely ignored. This has been an unhelpful, and disappointing experience.
Andrew he does not have any knowledge and does not have any professionalism with the customers and he is all the time nervous
