Glad I came here!! I thought my truck transmission was going so I went in and once I got there, the guy's quickly put aside their work to quickly give us (out of province) motorists a diagnosis. The tech quickly came back and said "I am sure it's not your transmission, but I think it's maybe your turbo...". He stated he wasn't an expert on this but sent us to another shop who may be able to help us. And I said "what do we owe you for your time and quick code read?" He said, "nothing, we're good". They could have made us pay ... read more
