This review is for my Ford F350 work truck that broke down on me 100plus miles away from this shop. Both Robert and Josue were very quick and professional on communication and received my truck on a tow truck without having to be there myself. Public Service Announcement: The News Story about AAction Better Built was based on allegedly unethical shop staff at the Pembroke Pines location which is north of Miami. I believe this shop is south Miami.
It's well known that Nissan Sentra transmissions can be problematic. I called several shops and was told that these transmissions couldn't be rebuilt because they are sealed units, and that replacement would be very expensive. After contacting AAction Transmission, everything changed. Just from speaking with them over the phone, I felt confident that my car was in good hands. Some years ago these fellas fixed our VW Jetta 09G automatic transmission. It was slipping gears, after that, 7 years later the car was finally out or the road due to a crash; needless to say the transmission was working wonderfully. Would absolutely recommend and I plan on coming back soon for a fluid service.
