Went in for a fluid and filter swap on my Lancer’s cvt. Work was done quick and for a fair price, they walked me through how the maintenance went, and even gave me a ride so I wasn’t stuck waiting at the shop. Excellent customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

The first contact with Josh was amazing! Friendly and knowledgeable. He had my car towed into his shop August 17th. Friday the 19th he called me and proposed a $1000.00 inspection to diagnose the drivetrain whining noise. I accepted. Tuesday the 23rd I call in to see how it’s going and Josh’s response was he was so busy my car May not make it to a lift until the following week the 29th or 30th. Not happy with the service provided from AAction Transmission - we call to get follow ups but they're not accurate. Work is never finished when it is promised. They have been working on our van for over 3 months. Unacceptable. Update - 09/27/22 Thank you for servicing our van, as business owners ourselves we hope you take this as a bit of advice for your future customers. 
We got our van back after 5 months on and off. We had to call multiple times to get a follow up on the van and when parts/builders are coming in to fix it... read more
