Wow I did not think this level of customer service still exists. I had a issue with a delivery being made that was a complete epic level failure, call action to complain, the assistant manager not only listen to me but allowed me to fully finish with the complaint without interruption. Then asked for details and said he would look into, of course I figured I wouldn't not hear back. I was wrong and received a call in 15 mins. Very positive initial experience. They're kind of a rare business these days in that they truly seem to care about customer experience and go above and beyond what they "have" to do. Thanks, in particular to Charlie. I continue to like doing business with these folks. Entire staff is pleasant and helpful. Kind of a dying breed in the era of Corporate Customer Service malaise.
I called sound like they were in a bad mood and hung up on me so I called back and then they didn't pick up so then I called back again they pick up and hang up on me way to lose business went with just ask rentals and Larkfield another hour of my way but way worth it

Worst place to rent from. Guy on the phone doesn't help you at all and is super rude. Do not go here.
