Just finished a move with Aaction movers very impressed with the customer service. Move was scheduled for today 5-21-17. We received a call from Bismarck office confirming there arrival time on 5-19-17. During that call we were informed driver and staff would be out on 5-22-17 by 9:30 that morning. We received a call from the driver himself on the morning of 5-22-17 that they were on there way. They arrived by 9:30am. AAction Movers provided poor customer service and was indifferent when they broke the contract. After doing so they held my items hostage and demanded payment before our agreement. Avoid this moving company at all costs!!! They will tell you want to hear but will not honor your contractual agreement. During my move I often asked the status of my items and was told that they didn't know for multiple days. Aaction Movers went above and beyond in helping me with my moving needs during a very stressful time. My mother, who was living in an assisted living facility, passed away unexpectedly. I had 48 hours to pack and move all of her belongings and furniture out of her 2 bedroom apartment. The move was arranged through the Bismarck office. A crew arrived within that timeframe and did a great job of packing my mother's things and moving all of it into storage. CHARGED DOUBLE WHAT THEY QUOTED FOR HALF OF THE WORK THAT WAS QUOTED., DID NOT BOTHER TO WRAP ANY MIRRORS OR PICTURES, DAMAGED 2/3 RDS OF THEM, DESTROYED OUR MAHOGANY DESK AND FILE DRAWERS. LEFT A STORAGE UNIT, AND DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TELLING US. PROBABLY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH.
I would definitely recommend Aaction Movers. This is the first move my husband and I have had to set up and pay for ourselves and I was very nervous. In the past everything was taken care of for us by my husband's work. The office staff at Aaction made this move very easy for us, in addition, the sales rep, the packers, the movers and the driver were all very informative and helpful. I moved my family from Denver to Bismarck. I've been very nervous about moving companies because I always feared something getting damaged. This relocation was amazing. Ask of my things were packed up and unpacked at my new house. I was in the loop 100% from start to finish. I had tons of questions and the Bismarck office was amazing and I felt like part of the process. I can't be happier I chose AAction Movers Bismarck.
I moved with Aaction last month from Glendale to my new home in Queen Creek and I was pleased with the service. Everyone was very kind from the driver, to the movers, to the coordinator that scheduled my estimate. I wasn't charged a penny more than the estimate I was given (I've been charged at the last moment by every moving company i've used in the past except United, which is why I went with Aaction). Since my husband is in the military and im sure we'll be moving again, we definitely will use aaction in the future.
It's been two weeks and according to United Van lines or stuff is still "loading". It was loaded and left the home on The 1st. The customer service at AAction is terrible! We were told "oh, no it will be there well before the 14 day window" by Dan. Then he said it would be delivered on the 13th. Today is the 13th and the best united can do is call them on Monday. AAction Movers has not updated the internal system so United knows nothing. We have called Dan about 5 times this week asking for an update with no return call. We ... read more
