The way they treated me was awful. One of the guys talked to me from the end of the counter without looking at me. Also, they didn’t give me the information I needed in order for me to make an appropriate decision on my purchase. If I would know I needed an account with them to be able to do returns, I wouldn’t buy the product. They didn’t explain that to me at all. I didn’t use it at all and now I’m not able to return it.
