My debit card had unauthorized charges resulting in $1,663 wiping out my account in 2 days. I disputed all the fraudulent charges and AAC had sent me a letter saying I will be reimbursed for 6 charges at $46.30 each. I worked with Card Services and mailed my dispute form and highlighted account summary of disputed charges to Grand Rapids and she, not naming who, only chose to forward 6 out of 46 fraudulent charges to the investigation department in Florida.
