In the last month I’ve had my account locked on me at least 3 times all of which they gave me excuses on why I could not access my money, one of them being “you put in your pin wrong over a period of time” then never gave me a specific time frame. Anytime I’ve called for help everyone on the phone has attitude which I get being frustrated but every time is a little redundant. I’m no longer a member because of this which is disappointing since I’ve had an account for 4 years.

Rude staff if your not a member. Avoid there are plenty of places in walking distance
Aac is the worst financial institution I've ever done business with. Save yourself money, time and frustration, go somewhere else.
