I use to use the ATM and if I had to I would go inside and get changed, but now I can no longer get change because I don’t have an account I will no longer use this place and I will not even think about opening an account
Horrible Credit Union with no experience. I’d recommend you a different, more successful CU. Their CU issues go to one person in the call center that doesn’t know what she is doing. No experience apparently.
In the last month I’ve had my account locked on me at least 3 times all of which they gave me excuses on why I could not access my money, one of them being “you put in your pin wrong over a period of time” then never gave me a specific time frame. Anytime I’ve called for help everyone on the phone has attitude which I get being frustrated but every time is a little redundant. I’m no longer a member because of this which is disappointing since I’ve had an account for 4 years.
