I don’t know how this company is as far as construction goes but they do our plowing at our condos and they are AWFUL! We have the smallest parking lot and they bring 2 plow trucks. All cars have been moved out of the lot and they have literally been plowing with both trucks for 45 mins and they are not even close to done. I contacted Igor last minute because I needed a door and doorframe replaced on a rental unit. He didn't know anything about me except for that and still he was wonderful! He squeezed me into his schedule, sent me estimate quickly, did the job exactly when he said he would and it looks awesome! The biggest piece of this is that the painter had already painted the inside of the apartment and you wouldn't even know that Igor put the door and doorframe in AFTER the painting was done. We used AAC's services to repair the wood rot damage on a window sill, door sill, and some of the sidings on our new (to us) house. Igor was very professional and quickly and efficiently repaired the damage with high-quality materials, including replacing insulation inside the damaged sidings. We highly recommend AAC for exterior carpentry work and will gladly work with Igor again on future projects.
