I paid $900 for sentricon baits around my home. And signed a contract to pay $240 a year, for maintenance for them to come out every year and check my bait, they came out one year later and then I didn't hear or see them for 2 years when I called them they said that the baits do not need to be maintenanced every year I questioned why I still needed to pay $240 a year for bait maintenance..... I canceled my services and I still to this day have active new termite damage on my front porch, and a dead tree in my yard. Terrible ... read more
Called to find a certain employee.
The techs (Albert) are really great to deal with however, the customer service is yet to be desired in the office. They was one EXTREMELY rude lady in the front office. Another told me I needed to call back a month from now to schedule an appointment for a problem that I have right now. I understand understaffing but again, why isn't customer service a priority? They have been very difficult to work with.
