I had a week-old appointment window set from 9-1 on August 16. They called me at 12:25 to tell me that the tech was helping another tech on an "emergency" call and that I would be next as soon as he was done. Sorry, but after taking a half day off work, I had to get into the office. Time to try another company. What is an appliance emergency anyway?
I had a technician come look at my refrigerator which was not getting cold enough. It is a Frigidaire, one of the brands they claim to service, however the guy got here, looked at the fridge for only a couple minutes, only to tell me they don't do that kind of repair and I'd have to call someone else, however, I still had to pay $60 for them to come and do nothing.
Have used a couple of times & did great jobs @ reasonable costs & timely.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. No customer service at all. Re-scheduled three times, tech finally comes and says he needs help; four days later, he shows up by himself; $99 bill, says its fixed, one load in washer and same problem. Called them back and got nothing but BS from them False advertising, lies, unqualified techs; DO NOT CALL THEM Next call will be to the KY Attorney General's office
Sable Appliance Service, Louisville KY..... They have the worst technicians and office managers.... I be waited since December 28th to get the parts for my stove that they ordered. They brought the part in today on January 16th put it on the stove and it did not work. We call the technician right back before he even had time to get out of the subdivision and he would not return! We call the office and talked to the office manager who was no help at all!
