Great experience at AABCO recently for my son’s car. Great communication from beginning to end. Very clear on the work being done. Excellent follow-through. Pete was friendly and proactive and even went to my son’s job to finish some work on the car. Just above and beyond. Son’s car is running great. Highly recommend!
Sharing this review on behalf of my mom- She got her older car fixed up here for a good price. My mom is happy with the work, especially with the front end of the car and now how it is driving. She appreciates the mechanic’s work. Time took about a week (we were informed before hand). Mike was her cashier/ representative and was friendly and helpful. Would recommend and will be using again. Car is a 2004 GMC, so she is happy to keep it going.
Our daughter-in-law was stranded with a flat tire in Livermore. Pete, of this shop went out during his lunch break to find her and render aid. Above and beyond.
Wonderful customer service. Very professional and easy to work with.
