Just had them do a land split on a property near Sperry, ok. It had never been surveyed before. They were very good on keeping me informed on the progress. They were also almost half the cost of everyone else in town. Highly recommend them!!
I would not recommend this company. Do your homework and ask direct questions before committing. Ask what the survey exhits of and what it does not. They dont tell you if you don't ask. Polite people but just very disappointed in the survey that was done.
Paid full price half down upfront but was yelled at over the phone by a supervisor after my first complaint whenever the tech refused to mark 3 of my 4 corners. I paid for my 4 corners to be marked, yet apparently with this company only 1 is valid for their job to be completed and accept payment in full months prior yet they continue to ignore my e-mails and calls asking for the remaining 3 corners to be marked. Classless company.
