Sandra was very informative and helpful. She stayed in contact through the process of getting a unit the entire time. She definitely does a lot. The process was very easy because of her. Will definitely be with them the entire time we need a storage unit
Very Nice place, the air conditioned units are clean and easy to access, I got one unit on second floor and the elevator is big enough to move large furniture into it. Love that I can access it at any time 24 hours a day.
Great storage with lots of space and wonderful security super satisfied
Love this storage unit! Very friendly staff, easy 24hour access which was so convenient coming back from a long trip and having to store furniture late that night so I could return the rental truck first thing in the morning. Saved me the additional day charge for the truck. I love that their units are climate controlled, easy access and great pricing.
Called for a unit and they were real snobby and then said " your the U-Haul in the parking lot were not going to rent to you". Wouldn't give any reason why either. I found a bigger and cheaper unit elsewhere I personally wouldn't rent from them their customer service terrible and I've witnessed them do the same with other people.
