Calling to get a quote on a new vehicle and was told I needed the primary driver on the phone. The customer service lady hung up in my face after I told her one moment I will get the primary driver on the line . She had no patience and hung up immediately after. Very disrespectful and unprofessional and my family has been with this company over 5 years. Please do better and be kind.
Insurance kept going up ,my bill is due today and it’s 120 ,then all of a sudden it’s 2 hundred and something without my knowledge ,don’t get insurance with them ,they are scammers
Don't use this insurance company they are really rude and disrespectful. How are you going to talk disrespectful to a customer buying full coverage on two vehicles SMH
