I have never been disrespected and treated so poorly as I did by the General Manager Mike who told me to just cancel my policy and hung up on me. He kept interrupting and never let me explain what the issue was. I will not go into the details but basically the whole misunderstanding could’ve been prevented by calling the representative who sold me the policy.
