rude treatment and scammed. the women working the phones tell you different amount you owe literally every time you call. And god forbid you are 1 day late on payments, not only did it jump up $70 but then less than 20 minutes later when I called back to make the payment it had gone up another $50. So because of they're lazy, careless lack of diligence I was told different amount owed multiple times and ultimately after less than 24 hrs from date due, my payment went up $128. Unethical.
They are not AAA Ins, my auto ins carrier.
