I’ve called twice within the last 24 hours & tried getting a quote on how much it would be to get my septic pump drained and was told they can’t give me a quote and have to send a message over to a technician then they will call me back to give a quote . NEVER heard from anyone . Called again for a third time and asked to speak to a manager and they apparently don’t have anyone available not even a manager !
