My experience with this particular AAA company was the the most disrespectful and disappointing I have ever had. I was giving a quote the end of July 2023. Great price at the time. When it was time for payment I was charged more than what I was quoted. I tried to reach out to her and no response. Then a week later I get a call to apologize and she cashed app me back the extra that was token off. I found that unprofessional. I have asked her multiple times on why this is happening . I have had Sarah for around 25 years and she is fabulous. She also has insured my daughter since she was a teenager and she still has Sarah, my daughter is now 33. My hubby and I were in an accident and I was getting nowhere with the adjuster and Sarah called them and took care of everything. I highly recommend her.
