Since there is No ZERO stars, I give 1 star. I had a very disappointing experience with this AAA location. I had a confirmed appointment, but when I arrived, they did not honor it and made me wait for several hours without any proper communication or updates. The staff seemed disorganized, and no one took responsibility for the delay. I expected a professional and timely service from AAA, but this experience was extremely frustrating and a waste of time. There is an agent called Iain Colquhoun, he is awesome! He does everything I ask and always with a smile. Super polite and always sends me what I need as soon as possible. I’ve been with this company for over three years, and they’ve never given me any problems.I recommend it to you all.
I’ve been with this insurance company since 2023 and never had any problems. Recently I was assisted by Iain Colquhoun, and he was excellent very helpful, clear, and professional. He really helped me understand everything I needed. Highly recommend!
As a longtime AAA member, I will never take my vehicle to one of their Car Care Centers again. The experience was unacceptable and fell far below the level of service I expected from a company I’ve trusted for years. I dropped my car off and paid upfront for a diagnostic. I was later told they couldn’t resolve or even identify the issue. For an additional $450 they offered to spend another three hours on diagnostics. Went in to get an international drivers permit with 2 others & Justin assisted us. It didn’t take more than 30 mins to help & he was very proficient. He also provided us with information to obtain travel insurance. Thanks again Justin for your help!
