Unfortunately the AAA tech took my battery still under warranty, would not leave me my property that was legally mine with core charge, it was escalated and the management or supervisor who handled the situation belligerently and never followed through on what he promised, hassled the dealership who was dealing with car, and never got back to me as AAA said he would on the BBB complaint I filed. I needed maps and some travel advice. AAA was the place to go! They gave me maps and answered all my travel questions. They were friendly and well informed.
I went to get a TripTik for a drive to NW Connecticut for a funeral. It was short notice, I left the day after getting my route. I knew I could count on my Worthington AAA office, they'd gotten me to California and back years ago, They took care of me again, with a fast yet safe route that avoided tolls, weather, and major construction. I made reservations at a AAA approved motel and had my travel agent factor in the locations of the motel, the funeral home, and the church into my TripTik.
