Car died while driving, had to get towed. Battery wouldn't hold charge, thought it would be alternator but turned out it was a clip on side of battery that a cable had melted.
I have the plus membership, I have never been so disappointed with Roadside Assistance! I don’t know who the person was that called, but he told me his driver had a pick up about a mile from my house and then had to drop it off at a location about a mile away from my house in the opposite direction and then the driver would be on his way. Terrible products and services. Batteries are the worst and they don't honor their warranty. I will never use them again.
Great service convention location
Crap service. Lied to for over 6 hours by multiple workers and managers about Coming to get my vehicle and they still have not come. They keep telling me someone is on the way and that they will call me but I never get a call. These people have the nerve to get an attitude about them lying and not being straight forward about their policies.
