My go to for tires
Last year my neighbor knocked on my door and told me his car would not shut off. So I went out and looked at it and unhooked the battery, but it still will not turn off. I told him it was probably ignition problem, he wanted to take it to Windsor location, so I followed him there and hung around for a while to see if he needed a ride back. After a few minutes one of the technicians came out, I told him I unhooked battery and it still would not shut off.
