Do NOT use this company! I did it even want to give them one star but goggle made me do it. For the past 3 months have been trying to get on hold of something and nothing. We had prior work done and had lifetime window contract done and can’t get ahold of someone to call us back regarding our contract. It appears that several of us are in the same situation. AAA took the money and no response back to phone calls, text, or email. It appears they took the money and skipped town or outright stolen the money with no intention to fulfill their contract. Those of us who are out of money or services not completed may need to file a lawsuit together. I gave them a chance to come clean and explain themselves, but was ignored. My poor daughter saved for over a year to get new windows that are greatly needed because of leaks in their old windows. The Sales person came to her house took measurements for the windows. She had to deposit $5000 and was told it would be 6-8 weeks. It was March 2025 and they have not come out to do the job. She has tried over and over again...calling every day and no one answers the phone.
