They never installed the windows. Told my parents they would install them last year in July and never showed up. Kept giving them excuses and never returned phone calls. There still waiting to get there deposit back. So far they haven't received anything
They stole 3000 from me and my husband. I have called, left messages and no response I contact the BBB and the states attorney general office please do not use them
In the past, l chose AAA to install fireplace windows and 5 remaining widows this yr. To add, l had storm damage and a back replaced. The back door is not installed properly. There are gaps. I can't properly lock and the door has gaps where l can see my back yard. This me thousands. It baffles me that my emails, letters and phone call were never answered. Ordered 3 windows April 2025, 2 were delivered and installed 6/2025 the 3rd window was “mis measured “ after 3 different people measured, waited again for order to come in, never called when in, took forever to return calls/texts finally found out they let go most people and were “restructuring” the company. They showed up mid August ( without telling me) to install said window, I refused as I have no trust in the company anymore , been trying to get refund, I’ve tried calling/ texting and they will not reply it even answer ... read more
AAA took a $1000 down payment from my 92 year old mom and performed no services. We simply want a refund they won't give her.
