I have been a loyal AAA member for many years, so I was very disappointed with my recent customer service experience. I called simply to get a promotional code that had disappeared from my screen. Instead of providing the code, the representative insisted on making me listen to a promotional sales pitch and repeatedly told me that only she could process my request.
