Went in for International Drivers Licenses last year and maps today. Everyone was super helpful on both occasions. Anna C. was courteous and helpful with the maps.
Able to get fingerprints done for new PT license. Friendly staff.
Awful. Do not book travel with them. Our travel agent, Liza Gen..., was wholly unequipped to handle simple tasks. Attention to detail was lacking. It may seem trivial, but we traveled with part of our names fully capitalized and some not capitalized, so thankfully that did not impact international travel.
