Helpful clean. But there was a man half naked washing himself in the bathroom
I walked in to the AAA for fingerprints. Just last year I walked in without needing to set up an appointment. This year I was told that setting up an appointment is required. After informing the person behind the front desk they proceeded to tell me that I’ve never done that. Instead of giving me the information to set up the appointment. I just had a simple enough transaction at AAA Wilmington. (international driver's license) I was so impressed with the speed, professionalism and efficiency of the service provided.
Went in for International Drivers Licenses last year and maps today. Everyone was super helpful on both occasions. Anna C. was courteous and helpful with the maps.
