Delaware AAA sucks, my car wouldnt start guys came out to help, said I needed a battery, they could replace right then if I gave them $250.00, said no so they jumped me and it started. Had the battery checked the next day and it was BRAND NEW! Its a sad day when AAA guys try to RIP CUSTOMERS OFF!!!
I've been a PA club 212 AAA member for over a decade I've brought friends and family to them and have spoke very highly of them for years but unfortunately today that comes to an end because I received notice that my membership was canceled (By them) and when I called to ask why I was told ill receive a letter in the mail stating the reason I was kicked off and if I have any questions or concerns about it that I would have to mail AAA Club Alliance SIU In delaware. AAA is a secured facility drop off/pick up for Amazon. I had a large order that I didn't want sitting in front of my house unattended so I had it shipped to AAA. I went to go pick up my packages and the attendant asked for a 6 digit number. I told him I have My identification and the name and address is exactly the same as on my identification. It helped me, we're very kind and respectable.They helped me with courteousness, and because I didn't know where I was going to help me.They actually knew when my appointment was , and they were really carrying and helped me sign up for a card , and I don't know if I got a proof yet , but I really appreciate their help and showing with courteous and kind i would recommend it to my friends and family
