I went to AAA in Willow Grove, PA after checking services provided on the website. PA license renewal was listed. When I arrived I was told they "didn't do that here", from a grumpy man at the front desk. I suggested he let HQ know about the misrepresentation and received no response. A very disappointing experience.
A team member name Guy did my finger printing . Guy stood near a wall and watched me through the store glass window. Everything I pick my head up he would walk away. I’m reporting this behavior for future incidentals.
Rude rude desk at car service, can’t handle scheduling. Made an appt yet told they were 4 hours behind.mind you I was there early AM. Skip this place it’s clear they are understaffed and poorly managed
Dropped $2,000 on inspection fixes and car didn't start the next day.
Horrible, had to give a star in order to post. scott with his nasty disposition at the front desk was very rude & cut me off in the middle of my question. It states under services that this location takes renewal driver license pictures etc... but it at the front desk tells me very rudely not at this location.
