So bad ... if you somehow made a mistake and got ur car towed here. Get it back and go else where . Phone never answer. When you do talk to someone they lie or dont follow through with what they say. YOUR NOT IMPORTANT TO THEM. Here's a joke I been trying them for 3 days . When someone gets on the phone frist thing said to me can you call back in 10 minutes!!! This place JOKE
I am/was very unhappy with my service here. Initially, I had roadside come out to my house to replace a dead battery. I got an oil change a few weeks later and was informed the battery was leaking acid, so I called AAA to remedy the situation. I had the car towed, due to their recommendation of not driving the car with a leaky battery, to the Willow Grove Car Care center because customer service said they could take care of things. Wasted my time and horrible customer service! I will not patronize this location ever again!
First of all I have been been a customer for over 10 years, the last 2-3 years notice a decline in service & customer service. A year ago went in for just a headlight change, was charged $294 was told had to take off bumper, okay paid it. Last month (August) same light out (just a year) call AAA service center to make appointment to fix problem, was told light didn't have a warranty, no problem didn't care about the price of a light bulb, my problem was why did I have to pay $294 again.
