First of all I have been been a customer for over 10 years, the last 2-3 years notice a decline in service & customer service. A year ago went in for just a headlight change, was charged $294 was told had to take off bumper, okay paid it. Last month (August) same light out (just a year) call AAA service center to make appointment to fix problem, was told light didn't have a warranty, no problem didn't care about the price of a light bulb, my problem was why did I have to pay $294 again. Scott at the front check in is very rude and condescending. Not just to me but I witnessed him being the same way with multiple people on the phone as well.
"I recently visited AAA for a vehicle inspection and tire service, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations. The cost was significantly higher than I anticipated, with inspection and tire services totaling over $900. I believe a more reasonable price point would be around $65-$100. I was disappointed that I didn't receive a discount on the tires, which I felt would have been a nice gesture considering the overall cost. Had the worst experience at this AAA location. Scratched my Ford Raptor truck while an oil change. Never took any accountability for the damage. The manager totally ignored me and never called me with an answer. I would stay away from this location.
I let my survey window lapse but I felt like I still owe it to Brian, who was fantastic in helping me check my car in and out for me for my oil change and tire rotation last week. I work in the WG mall and the service center being in the parking lot is convenient for minor things like these so I dont have to take my car all the way out to feasterville to my regular mechanic all the time.
