I let my survey window lapse but I felt like I still owe it to Brian, who was fantastic in helping me check my car in and out for me for my oil change and tire rotation last week. I work in the WG mall and the service center being in the parking lot is convenient for minor things like these so I dont have to take my car all the way out to feasterville to my regular mechanic all the time. Aaa's maintenance is just terrible, these people keep messing up my car. Don't ever go to their maintenance garage for anything they suck.
Manager at service very unprofessional, eating upfront of me and speaking to me like I am nobody. Stay away from this location
Poor service, manager at service she is unprofessional and very rude
i took my car to aaa repair in willow grove for an inspection............ they would not pass it without 2,000 in repairs................... since i was not having any issues i did not trust them and took it someplace else where it passed inspection and was told there was nothing wrong with the car.
