The people working at place are always friendly. The work is reasonably priced. They never purposely find things wrong during inspection just to pull in more money. If you have checked your car ahead of time and addressed issues like light bulbs and break pads, etc; then you will most likely only be charged for the inspection. That is not the case at many other inspection facilities.
Service wasn’t very good from start to finish. Went in for annual inspection having approx 7 years of Williamsburg performed service for me. Service writer was incompetent where I needed to speak to the service manager. Had the repair order hosed up; from my name and address to start with. Said that’s how it came up, couldn’t do anything about it, and I’d need to speak to the mgr. got it worked out with him over the phone. I needed a car inspection and they did it in a reasonably short time. The person who handled the transaction was very courteous.
Huge help. Rear tire lost air, we were out of options and trapped in traffic. We pulled off the road and asked if we could get a fill up. They obliged happily and did it at no charge. Team was awesome. If you're in the area, use them.
They go above and beyond to meet your needs. They got me in and out at a reasonable time. I went there today without an appointment for a minor issue. They took care of it with no charge.
