ZERO start if I could give it to them. SO RUDE RUDE RUDEEEEEE!!!!!! VERY RUDE SERVICE. I was met by a blond the other day that has no sense of customer service. VERY RUDE AND GLARED AT ME THE WHOLE TIME. 2 seconds later she got on her phone and a tall man that smelled like weed came in and started yelling at me and my man. Rented a U-haul. Really great customer service!
AAA Wildcat Storage was incredible and flexible with us in dealing with our U-Haul situation. So easy to work with and communicative.
The facility is clean, prices are competitive, units are easy to access, and it is easy to rent a unit / U-Haul. The staff have been professional, kind, accommodating, and have always demonstrated excellent customer service whenever I have spoken with them in person or via email. Would definitely recommend this facility to others.
