AAA Wildcat Storage was incredible and flexible with us in dealing with our U-Haul situation. So easy to work with and communicative.
The facility is clean, prices are competitive, units are easy to access, and it is easy to rent a unit / U-Haul. The staff have been professional, kind, accommodating, and have always demonstrated excellent customer service whenever I have spoken with them in person or via email. Would definitely recommend this facility to others.
I’m re-editing this because I realized I was very upset when I first wrote this. I was brand new to town when I wrote this so I have no personal vendetta against your U-Haul/storage company. I understand that I probably was very rude on the phone, but that can happen when you have a red lock on your storage box that you were not aware of and you did have my correct information as I did talk to you multiple times on the phone when you did call I’m not sure why you are so unprofessional, but I just wanna make sure that I rewri... read more
Great place for both storage and for uhaul rental! Always great customer service!
Rented a unit for long term storage and rented a uhaul for 24hours. The only day I have the uhaul it’s closed early at 4pm for seasonal hours and the 11pm key fob I was given wasn’t working. I left out of state the next day, and had an unmitigated disaster on my hands and have never heard a word of apology. I’m paying for gated after office hours access not merely for the unit.
