They put the wrong oil into my car, and did not put any of the clips back into my skid plate. I had to have my car towed back to the AAA shop, they didn’t put the clips back in, just pushed the skid plate back up. The assistant manager was very rude to me, said he needed to keep my car for 3 or 4 days to figure out what was wrong. Very pleasant experience after I just left Mr. Tire in Fullerton for being a trash store. This AAA location is very clean, and the staff is pleasant and helpful. They had my car finished ahead of schedule. And they offered reasonable prices on new tires. I may do that this fall. Highly recommend.
This place doesn't give you a guarantee when you make an appointment because I made an appointment a week ago but I wasted my time and when I got there they told me they couldn't make it on the same day. I'm so disappointed
Came in to get the international driver permit. They have a picture service so you have a one stop shop very convinient.
Very professional and the cheapest place around to get tires mounted and road force balanced. The reason for 4 stars? My wheels were extremely over torqued, id guess in the range of 150 to 160 ft lbs, and i re-torqed them to 110 ft lbs. If left over torqued by that much, you run a high risk of warping brake rotors. Every place ive ever been to over torques lug nuts, or in this case lug bolts, so its always best to check after you get home.
