I broke down in the middle of the night hundreds of miles from home, and had car towed to their location with my pregnant wife and dog in the tow truck. We arrived a couple hours before they opened and were praying they could fix our car. They not only got us diagnosed first thing, but ordered parts and had us back on the road THAT MORNING. Sourced and replaced both CV axles with no issue. I cannot thank the staff enough. They bailed me out in a time of need and were very accommodating and friendly.
Oh my god this is the most horrible experience of my life. I was instructed to go there it was snowing I mean almost complete whiteout. My car felt like it was basically like losing gas Like I couldn't get it to accelerate I had a 81-year-old man with me who just had cataract surgery You know they told me? altough they bring the battery 250.00 they will not reset this to your car. insterd they tell your your car is old 2011 and it needs to go to the shop bullshit to the tune of another 250.00 get your battery somewhere else
