I went in for a car alignment and was already aware that there was a rusty bolt in the back from a previous alignment. However, the repair shop decided to cut the bolt without asking me, just so they could charge extra for the service. They also replaced my oil filter without my permission. I only requested an alignment, yet I ended up paying more than four times the expected cost — and they didn’t even provide me with the alignment report. I will never use AAA Car Care again.
This is the most dependable and honest shop that has ever serviced our family vehicles, they always take time to explain my options and have never turned me away when I show up without an appraisal. I refer them to all of my friends. My brother is a mechanic and he brings his vehicles here for an oil change. That’s how good they are!
I always receive wonderful care and service whenever I come to this AAA location. This is my go-to location for maintenance ranging from suspension replacement to efficient routine oil changes. Nate and his team are very professional and always work with me and my budget to do as much work as possible with what I can afford. They have never been pushy or taken advantage of my patronage to sell me something I didn’t need. I prefer coming here to other places such as Firestone or Midas.
I have been coming to this AAA locations for 10 years since July 2015. When I found out that they can repair anything that a dealership can do it was a great day to know that I can go to AAA and not a dealership.Over the course of the 10 years I've had many cars here, including my in-laws and my daughters. I'm a AAA member & like the Coupons and the occasional VIP discounts. Thanks for everything I can't say enough about AAA. Wheaton I recommend AAA Wheaton to all my friends and family.
