MINUS 10 Points - Beware, this is NOT the AAA of the past ! My guess is they hand-picked all the good reviews. It's complete NONSENSE. Long long waits for road service. Very hard to reach a human. Endless waste of time questions. Local office refuses human contact - ALL personnel anonymous and unaccountable - absentee managers. Consumer abuse at it's worst ! I went to the tax collector's office and it was super quick I walked in and walked out
Called in asking for a tire - guy gave me info and then said he had to place me on a brief hold. Left me on hold for over 30 minutes. Call back and they advise a different size tire than what they said 30 minutes prior and don’t acknowledge they left me on hold for over 30 minutes.
