Called in asking for a tire - guy gave me info and then said he had to place me on a brief hold. Left me on hold for over 30 minutes. Call back and they advise a different size tire than what they said 30 minutes prior and don’t acknowledge they left me on hold for over 30 minutes.
Fast and friendly
Car had an issue and this is where AAA chose to tow us. Customer service was great every step of the way. Our car was immediately looked at, a rental was booked for us, and we even had a few check-ins to make sure someone was coming to pick us up. The car was taken care of in less than 48 hours with plenty of communication and prices listed along the way. Prices were reasonable for what we needed done. I would 100% recommend bringing your car/business here. Very satisfied for what is inherently a stressful process.
I'm going to tell you something very surprising, my trip to the DMV today was exceptional! I made an appointment for 1:30 today online 2 days ago. I was called back 9 min after my appointment time and was out the door by 1:45. Only complaint, the chairs are pretty damn uncomfortable, but if you're only there for 15 minutes you can stomach it. Don't walk in, plan ahead and you'll be way better off for it!
