We have been impressed with AAA for many years however some sensitivity training needs to occur. We have taken many cruises. My wife stopped at AAA with a friend who has never cruised. They were picking up additional info. The person who waited on them was very negative about the cruise line we chose and our friend wanted to cancel the trip! This is not what I I should expect from AAA!
