made appt for oil change, received texts and emails all week long making sure my appointment is good. Show up promptly-was told it would be another 50 minutes, just like the doctors office (he actually said this-like he was proud of it)- Don't waste your time with these fools
Great customer service repaired my nail in my tire in like 20 min , I usually go to ford where it would take 3 hours so will definetly be coming here from now on
⚠️ WARNING: Avoid AAA on Glenway at all costs The tow team convinced us to bring our car here instead of to our trusted mechanic — biggest mistake ever. They did NOT fix the problem, yet still charged over $200 for a pointless diagnostic and a battery cable replacement. They claim to be a “full-service shop,” but that’s a flat-out lie — they only handle basic, minor repairs. Staff is rude, unprofessional, and clearly inexperienced. i do not recommend bringing your car here for any reason what so ever! horrible service and horrible horrible people. can’t say too much as we are headed to court! but i just want to save anyone the headache if i can.
Some of the kindest and patient auto service people I’ve ever met. They listened to my issue, and recommended the best course of action and I’m grateful for their insight. They treated me like an actual adult person, which has not been my experience other places I’ve only spoke to front of house, but both Richard and Robert were super helpful and kind
