This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with AAA. The tow driver dropped my car off at the wrong address and then lied about where he left it. When we finally spoke, the very first thing he asked me was, “Do you smoke? Because I smell that weed.” After that, I felt extremely uncomfortable. AAA could not locate where my car was dropped off and kept insisting it was at the wrong location. I had a very disappointing experience with AAA Wendover. I visited their shop because my car was pulling to the right and experiencing bouncy vibrations at highway speeds. I recently had a speed balance and a warranty alignment done at this location. The technician advised me I would be charged $75 for a Suspension System Check, which I agreed to.
