Cannot say that it is bad certain location to blame but as far as my AAA experience goes, worst kind of people you could ever have to deal with or expect service from. They do good work; honest and on time. They're just expensive, only slightly less than the dealership. Also, I can't trust them to honor the appt time that was agreed upon. I often need to wait at the shop and tell them as such. Sometimes they get me in and out w/ no problems, other times, not so much :(
Visited store after having had a jump and my windows wouldn't go down. The store was very busy but Brian took the time to retrain my windows!! Bless him 👌
