Review of the mechanic shop: This is my second time using this AAA mechanic shop and I’m it will be my last. The staff is friendly, and that’s just fine, but I don’t like the service style. Recently, I had my car serviced at this shop. I’ll give you a heads up that this review is a little long, but only because I really wanted to take the time to detail my experience. I’m a school librarian working between two schools, so my car is extremely important to me. Inaccurate wait times and estimates. I have AAA and I will not be coming back. You can go to a dealership and get it done for the same price and time frame. Edited to add: if you leave a bad review, they will continue to reach out to you until you respond, which is unprofessional. One message would have sufficed. Woke up to multiple texts from management. I am unhappy with the inaccurate communication, wait time, and general attitudes of the staff, which I communicated in the survey.
