As of a phone call to AAA Waterloo and an endless loop of press buttons insurance, specific person, etc., on 11/28/23, was told by the AAA person (who was not in Waterloo) that the Waterloo office is closing this week. Therefore, no phone calls are going through
Worst customer service ever. Waited 45 minutes for a simple tow and ended up calling to find out it hasn’t even been assigned yet. If anybody has AAA they need to cancel it is a waste of money for literally nothing. Also should mention its end of November so it’s by no means warm
I had AAA before so the young man that handled my subscription was very helpful and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job.
