Great location & service
Unresponsive. I’ve used Waterford insurance multiple times to modify my policy and each experience has been pulling teeth. Phone calls are rarely returned. The final straw was when I had made a change to my policy only to find out it had never gone through with no notification from the broker.
Based on the info I could find online, this location does not do international driver’s licenses. I waited on hold for 10+ minutes and was never connected to a representative to ask whether they did or not. Finally found online that they do not offer it.
Worst 😡
I get my International driving permit here. Smooth place. Friendly staff.
